The room smelled musty, REALLY disappointing. I booked a pool view room but the view was almost non-existent, a corner room, they said. Desk staff knew about the issue, which makes me ANGRY.

The location was PERFECT. It offered easy access to many nearby attractions. The pool was a HUGE draw, and I spent a lot of time there. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist with anything I needed.
The breakfast was a little underwhelming. The options seemed somewhat limited. The gym equipment needed some updating. The noise from nearby streets could be a bit disruptive at times, particularly in the early morning.

Excellent service and convenient location

attentive staff friendly staff elegant decor
the customer service really impressed me, staff was attentive and friendly, i felt very welcome. my room included elegant decor and a fresh scent. every detail had attention, it enhances my overall experience.
i didn't like that the bed was uncomfortable, so was the pillows. the mattress felt thin. every time the ac turned on, the air quality got terrible, it made it difficult to breathe.
